A Bachelor of Property degree and a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) over specified courses, or its equivalent. |
Aim of Qualification: |

BProp(Hons) graduates will have undertaken advanced studies in key concepts and theories underpinning property processes. They will be critical, reflective practitioners able to pursue personal professional goals and will have demonstrated capacity to undertake postgraduate studies. |
Contents: |

Valuation, plant and machinery valuation, property marketing and management, facilities management, property development, property finance and investment, property economics, building economics.
